Over four weeks, the project ensemble worked through Shostakovich Symphony No. 1 in a sequence of focused rehearsals. Musicians contributed comments as the work progressed, with one rehearsal dedicated to passages chosen by the musicians. The project grew out of this shared process, concluded with a performance held in Cohen Family Studio on November 4, 2025.
